ENOTECA - a food and drink destination led by award-winning sommelier Robert Giorgione. More than just a deli, ENOTECA is a celebration of premium food, drink and craftmanship, with sharing platters, grazing boards, and an array of gourmet treats at the heart of our offer. Robert believes passionately that the real heroes are the producers themselves - from artisan cheesemakers and charcuterie specialists to local vineyards and small-batch distillers. At ENOTECA their work takes centre stage.
With over 30 years of experience in the wine and hospitality industry, Robert has curated a space that champions provenance, authenticity and discovery. His philosophy is simple: stock only the finest, most thoughtfully food and drink - never the run-of-the-mill. Every product is chosen with care, from local Welsh and English suppliers to the best of France, Italy, Spain, Portugal and beyond.
At ENOTECA, we offer a bespoke, tailored service to help you discover food and drink you'll love, suited to your needs, tastes and budget. We launched our new and exciting deli ENOTECA in November 2025, featuring a small seating area and offering a wide range of artisan cheeses and traditional European charcuterie, including sharing platters and an amazing selection of delicious gourmet snacks and bruschetta, to be enjoyed alongside our usual fabulous array of tantalising treats and thirst-quenching non-alcoholic drinks in a relaxed, welcoming space, all within the vibrant location of Newport Market & Food Court.
